MIT fraternity addition

After completing a full assessment of the existing fraternity, a handsome brick building on Memorial Drive overlooking the Charles, we presented our findings and recommendations. This resulted in a full addition/renovation to bring the structure up to today's standards and to make the building handicapped accessible. The addition includes a new elevator, bathrooms, student bedrooms, and a computer room. Poor soil conditions required helical piles and grade beams for support, similar to the original construction.
