An existing small single family home built in 1928 no longer functioned for modern family living. Full gut renovation of the existing home with a major addition consisting of new entry, garage, family room and kitchen. A steeply sloped site required careful attention to integrating the house with the site. A special permit process with application and approvals from the various town agencies was required.
