Pearl Street Plaza is a modern retail setup with three individual units within the building shell. Built as a "spec" project, the unit was fully rented as soon as the exterior shell was completed. Attention to detail and small design moves set the plaza apart from typical cookie cutter units. Atas metal roofing and locally struck brick with glazed ceramic highlights brought a level of quality that resonates with tenants and consumers.
